Massage Therapy

Massage has often been referred to as a luxury but in the stressful world we live in today it is becoming more of a necessity to live a healthy, balanced life. Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. Nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high levels of stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing stress and can lead to:

• Decreased anxiety
• Enhanced sleep quality
• Greater energy
• Improved concentration
• Increased circulation
• Reduced fatigue
Massage can also help address a number of health issues:
• Low Back pain
• Arthritis/Joint pain
• Athletic injuries
• Weak Immune system
• Muscle tightness, soreness and atrophy
• Skin problems
• Depression
• Poor circulation
• Migraine pain

I offer one and one and half hour massage sessions that are tailored to each clients individual needs. I utilize a combination of modalities: Swedish massage, Acupressure and Polarity Therapy to help clients eliminate the toxic effects of stress and experience a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I also offer half hour Foot Reflexology sessions that can be added on to a regular massage or as a separate treatment.

“I have been enjoying Nancy’s massages for about 15 years. Her wisdom and knowledge of the human body is extensive. Her sessions help me feel relaxed and keep me healthy and balanced.” Jane Gruber

“I have been going to Nancy Paglia for monthly massages for the past 6 years. My massage appointments with Nancy are a highlight of every month. I have a problem with tight muscles; Nancy knows just where and how to massage them, and I always feel relaxed and pain-free after each session. Nancy knows a great deal about how the body works and often gives me good advice about exercises I can do to stretch and relax my muscles in between massages. Nancy is the best!!” Patty Ramsey
