What is Reiki?

Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese healing art that balances the flow of universal life (Rei) energy (Ki) in the body. Reiki  releases blocked energy aiding the body’s natural healing processes and restores physical and emotional well-being. Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive technique to help our bodies go into the “repair” state of rest and digest.  Regular Reiki treatments can reduce the harmful effects of stress and improve overall wellness.
