After missing yoga class for 4 weeks in August, I wrote the following to Nancy upon my return to class“I honestly cannot believe what a difference one session of your yoga class has made to the aches and pains bothering me this summer. Right after class on Wednesday my right knee had none of the pain it had inflicted on me over the past few weeks. Today it did not cause me to hobble gingerly downstairs threatening pain and never ached once when I stood up from sitting as it usually did. It is as if I had taken some kind of pain-killing drug I feel so much better. My body is free of the stiffness and achiness I had blamed on the humidity, heat, lack of exercise, eating too much, etc.Just wanted you to know how much your class is helping me.
